Our Company

Keystone Financial Corporation, aka DCB Family Holding Corporation, was founded in 2019. Keystone Financial is a Bank Holding Corporation regulated by the Federal Reserve and the Utah Department of Financial Institutions.

Our Founder

Don C. Ballard, our Founder, CEO, and President is a 1971 honors graduate from the University of Utah, with 54 years of business experience in the fields of banking, public accounting, and real estate brokerage, development, finance, investment and syndication. Mr. Ballard is a shareholder, director, and the Executive Vice President of Home Savings Bank for the past 44 years.
